2006 Dodge Magnum

Front crash - driver's side airbag deployed.
Attempted EDR imaging - no crash data - CDR report states:
"For some 2005 & 2006 Dodge Magnum models, may contain EDR data that cannot be imaged by the CDR tool, but may be imaged by the supplier."

Any other options to image the EDR-data?
Can Chrysler dealer image the EDR?
How difficult is it to involve the manufacturer (Chrysler) to image the EDR?
