2006 LIncoln Mark LT Download Issue

I was trying to PCM download on a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT with an adapter. Please see the attached images. I got the following message.

"Collect data failed! No communications with module. Please check DLC cable or cable to module."

This vehicle is compatible for PCM download. Please let me know if there is a fix for this issue?

What that error message says is that you're communicating with the interface but not through the car's wiring to the PCM. Your configuration looks to be ok, I would suspect the PCM isn't (a) powered on or (b) is not communicating on the car's communication bus.
