Help File for SmartPhone anyone?

Does anyone have in hand the process to transfer in a smartphone the HelpFile so I can refer to it fast and easy without having to open my laptop?

This is covered in the current version of the CDR Technician class. It goes something like this:
Download a CHM reader to your phone.
Put a copy of the help file on your phone.
Use the CHM reader program to view the help file.
Maintenance: remember to update the help file on you phone with each new version of the CDR software.
