My truck had a collision with a car. We were both turning and my rear right corner hit his left front side. The car's owner now refused to admit that the accident happend when turning, but further along the street when merging.
Any opinions or suggestions would be very much appreciated!
Regards,
Ray

Unfortunately, the majority of the time vehicle damage can only tell you how the vehicles were oriented relative to each other at the time of contact and not their location on the roadway.
Physical evidence, such as tire marks and debris, or electronic evidence, such as dash cams or surveillance video, are evidence of where on the roadway an event occurred.
